In both there is a girl who asks a boy to help her succeed in the "fashion" industry/hobby.
In "Smile Down the Runway" the girl wants to be a runway model and asks the boy to be her designer. In "Dimensional Seduction" the girl wants to be a cosplayer and asks the boy to be her photographer.
The big difference is that one is a "spokon about fashion", where the romance is more subtle (waiting for a 2nd season) and the other is a romcom and harem with a lot of ecchi.
