First: Why yes, this is a shameless rip-off of the club Topaz has. Hey, the blog is already a rip-off, so might as well go the whole way.
There are many girls in anime. Perhaps too many. Do you like moe? or maybe you like the more action girls? Tsunderes? Imoutos? Childhood friends? Doms? Chuunibyous?
Maybe you have favorite characters. But have you ever thought of WHY? That's what my Perfect Anime Girl Sheet is for. It is to explain, in a mathematical system, why I like certain girls.

Now, what is this, you may ask. I'll tell you. These are the 9 points that I use to judge a female anime character for this purpose only. (Not based on Favorites/popularity etc.)
Anyway, here's the 9 points, which are broken into 3 groups (Head, Body, Mind).
Head
Hair: It should be long, ideally waist length or longer. It should be a dark color, black and blue are the best but white is an exception and blonde is worst. Hime cut is ideal, but twintails, braids and drills are good as well.
Eyes: Red eyes are best! Golden or other fantasy colors are ideal too. Blue is often bad, unless the girls are color-themed or something. Also thick glasses, especially red ones, are nice. Heterochromia too!
Body
Build: Ideally the girl should be short but not extremely so, and have a pear-shaped body, meaning her chest should be small and her hips wide. Thick legs and flat stomaches don't hurt either. If there's anything worth mentioning about the faces, it goes here too.
Butt: Topaz likes breasts better, but I don't, and a nice ass can do a lot for a girl. Bigger asses are preferred, especially if they bounce. Since butts are often left aside in anime, stuff like showing it often or having memorable ass scenes helps in this score as well. Finally, memetic assiness can give a boost since girls known more for their butts are a rarity.
Clothes: Clothing is very important to me; why, I prefer clothed girls for some activities most don't! Generally having a good ammount of cosplays will get a big score, with the ideals being gothloli, miko, school swimsuit, gym uniform with red buruma or spats and naked apron shown from behind. Other stuff like thighhighs and especially pantyhose are nice as well. Red and black clothing is also good.
Mind
Personality: KDEGs and dommy girls are the best, with shy girls, yandere, ojou and chuunibyou being good too. Tsunderes, particularly those that hit the guy a lot for no reason, are pretty bad. Note this is also a catch-all for other factors like special powers or screentime issues, so this can fluctuate a lot.
Libido: Yes, the love area. As seen above, a dominant, assertive girl that takes initiative and enjoy abusing the guy, or maybe other girl, is preferred. Incestuous little sisters are also welcome. Doormats and masochists will get poor scores.
Age: Basically what it sounds like. For 2D girls, 12-14 or "middle school age" works best. If there's a disconnection between appearance and stated age, like lolihags, that is factored as well.
Voice: How the girl sounds like, generally using the Japanese voice as a basis. Having one of my fav voice actresses, like Mamiko Noto, usually works best. Stuff like Kansai accents doesn't hurt either.
New Criteria adds Reception for matters like extreme popularity and other factors like that, leaving Personality as exactly that.
Old Grading:
Now that you've seen the categories, I'll tell you about the grading. Grading is based upon a standard-for-Americans A B C D F scale, and each score gives certain points according to the below chart. The totals for each category are averaged, and the result is graded.

A+ = 12 points
A = 11 points
A- = 10 points
B+ = 9 points
B = 8 points
B- = 7 points
C+ = 6 points
C = 5 points
C- = 4 points
D+ = 3 points
D = 2 points
D- = 1 point
F = 0 points
For the bottom area, do the following:
-Add up the 9 criteria. this becomes the "Total Score".
-Divide the sum by nine (because there are nine criteria). This is the "Average Score".
-Finally, look up and see what grade the Average Score would receive. That grade becomes the "Final Grade"
Now, some people might think I use B's quite a bit. I do feel bad when I give out low scores, and they're mainly on the "butt" part of non-fanservice girls.
New grades are out of 10 and a girl can score up to 100 points which makes this half like the Spanish grades and half like Japanese ones instead. The final rating also gets different ranks based on the total score. Decimals exists too.
Opinions are good. That's the only thing that is indisputable in this club. Discuss your favorite girls here, and I might put them as a weekly bonus (that is, if I know them well enough..). Or discuss the blog itself.
