I’m on chapter 129 and it’s shown that Rion is “living” or something inside Uzuki. Is that really the case or is it something else?

No I don’t. I just get really curious at some points of an anime or manga, and when that happens I just want to find out the truth cause for some reason it just troubles me. I am reading the chapters properly and I’m enjoying it a lot.

Man just keep on reading because it's going to take you on an absolute roller coaster ride and when you get on the Assassin Exhibition of the Century Arc you get to see the most cold blooded fight scenes and reveals at the end of the arc.
