I hate the MC and everything about him. I enjoy watching the two companions but the MC just sucks the enjoyment out of the show anytime he is in a scene. I will give the show credit for trying something a little different but there is no humor in wanting to kill yourself.

I knew Waldelia was Yuuki Aoi! I heard a bit of Maomao. Isn't it kinda funny how a couple seasons ago she voiced Black Knight/Felm in Chiyu Mahou no Machigatta Tsukaikata, another dark skin white haired elf?

The plot thickened this episode with the appearance of Waldelia, as well as the reveal that the dark lord has already been defeated and that otherworlders are the baddies, this aspect really reminds me of “The Executioner and Her Way of Life” which had otherworlders spawning in with world ending capabilities that needed to be taken down, I really liked that show too. And Waldelia absolutely wasn’t ready for Sensei to take a big hit like that and still stand tall over her lol, I love this guy man, she was out of there immediately and I can’t blame her, I also really like her design, cute but also menacing, I can see her becoming an ally later.

And we also met Ysha who, like Waldelia, is also very against otherworlders, although not to the level she wants to kill them like Waldelia lol. And because of this, she later tried convincing Sensei to dissolve his party with Annette, well unfortunately for Ysha, Sensei ain’t about to force Annette to do that, she’s gotta do it on her own. And at the end we witnessed first hand that the otherworlders besides Sensei are indeed fuckos, they’re planning to take over now that the dark lord is dead and even set fire to the town, didn’t think the infinite money glitch rapper guy was capable of something like that lol, but I look forward to seeing how/if Sensei stops them, if he does then I’m sure it will involve freaking them out like Waldelia before lol.

I was curious about why Dazai chose the name "Melos", apparently Melos was a shepherd who wanted to assassinate an evil king who killed his family. Ironic since Dazai's party has no intention of defeating the Demon Lord or whatever.

Again a very good reference to dazai and the book, this search for a masterpiece is so him, this search for distractions and things that bring life to him (cigarettes, drink and women, and suicide?) is so real. It's cool how he doesn't care about anything, just himself and it kind of takes the story in a funny way.

What catches me the most is how he looks like a cat, like, getting comfortable and happy in the giant armor? Adorable

So The Otherworlders are actually evil.
Their summoned heroes are evil incarnate.

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

So it seems there are plenty of summoned people at the same time in this world, and they're all bunch of arrogant shitheads apparently.

Took me a second to realize the familiar was the flying carpet lol. Man the ladies in this show are pointy. In more ways than one. Ysha is your typical bff looking out for her bestie. And clearly she’s not wrong about the other worlders. This is something I haven’t seen recently. I think the last for me was the executioner and her way of life? Otherworlders had a bad effect in that show too. This show for me isn’t bad, but the one note mc is starting to become dull. The other characters carry for sure and maybe that’s how it’s meant to be. I’ll keep watching anyway to see what’s up with these weird other worlders.

Wasn't expecting Dazai and his party to run into anyone related to the Demon Lord so soon. Not sure if he's gallant for saving the gals or he just saw an opportunity to get himself killed. But the man's charm is undefeated.

The other people from Earth are scummy and the rapper was painfully obnoxious, hopefully they die soon.

Dazai walking through the burning town finally getting his creative inspiration back was a dark but great moment.

ok so now we know which direction this anime is heading and personally I like it, it's a new take on how other world humans are send to be heros but after the demon lord died they became villain and took the place from him and started ruling the isakai world themselves... the oldy issue from me is animation it could be better come on its a isekai show it has to, will stick around and give it time to show it's potential....

Watching a promising anime idea be ruined by romantic cliches and fanservice is disappointing. The emphasis on the side characters’ devotion to the main character for no apparent reason weakens the plot. The presence of cringeworthy scenes and the show’s attempt to appeal to specific demographics – be it fans of “neko” or “milf” characters – weakens the show even further. It would be much better if the narrative could be told without having to rely on these stunts.

Also I'm growing increasingly tired of the predictable formula in many anime shows: introduce a male protagonist, and shortly after he is surrounded by a group of sexually suggestive women. Whether it is an elf with large facial features or an underage girl with an unrealistic silhouette, or a half-human, half-animal creature, the pattern is the same and it is also difficult to describe all this while remaining professional so yeah

So for one reason or another, otherworlders don’t seem to have a good reputation in this world which begs the question why they keep summoning them and using them as heroes if they hate them so much. I mean whether it’s the new dark elf mommy waifu Waldelia or Ysha, Dazai and co couldn’t catch a break today. I did love how Dazai was able to weird out Waldelia so much that she just retreated. Dazai drinking poison because he was TOO healthy after getting healed had me cracking up

Poor Annette finding out their journey might get cut short because of that old dark lord being defeated and Dazai hasn’t even written about her in his journal 😭

On second thought, I see why they might dislike otherworlders if Suzuki and Kotaro are the average ones.. but they need to start vetting these people better lmao. Giving random losers from earth cheat skills can’t be a recipe for success. Can’t wait for next ep to see how Dazai will handle this.

Well, 'bout the summoning thing: they kinda have to do that, 'cause they don't get usefull skills like the heroes. Best magic I've seen till now was heal xD
