What does the Queen have in store for the squad...

These idiots really strolled into the palace thinking it was going to be all sunshine and rainbows... poor guys. Though, from the minute they enter the queen's chamber or whatever, they start getting roasted by this absolute prick that one touch of Nanaue and he started getting scared like a pussy. All talk no bark pussy smh. Then he had the NERVE to slap the ACTUAL QUEEN HARLEY... W on Nanaue's part for eating the bastard.

Harley showing her true colors at last. Really felt like an anime version of Harley the way she was so pissed. Don't blame the girl tbh. She's serious though if she even ended up leaving the classic bat back in the castle. Drunk Harley is something I can get used to though. Same with Deadshot. Dude was an actual menace in that bar lol. Then we got Peacemaker over here getting full ASS naked. Though shit has now gotten REAL. Amanda isn't holding back anymore. Just blew Clayface's head off like it was nothing. Harley talking her shit to Amanda was well deserved. But Clayface came back immediately, so whole thing was for nothing.

It's time for a Nanaue rescue arc!

Another really good episode, they’ve been on a roll since that horrible dragon episode lmao. Things slowly starting to come together, wonder how they’re gonna wrap it up with two episodes left.

Insulting her makeup and slapping Harley is a line you just don’t cross. That noble made a great snack for King Shark. How tf you gonna get mad at him for defending her after she got assaulted though. The queen clearly just wanted an excuse to take out the squad and if it weren’t for Cecil and the princess they’d all be facing execution. I really just want them to come out and say her motivations or whoever’s pulling her strings though 😭 they’ve been blue balling us forever

Harley telling off the princess kinda had me feeling bad because she really is doing the best she can, but she’s been cooped up in her mother’s cage and basically mind controlled since she was young. It’s not easy breaking that programming but she has defied her mother and helped the suicide squad quite a bit

That bar fight was so necessary because there was a lot of tension and emotions that needed to be vented and hey, sometimes you gotta have a shootout in a bar full of innocents to really feel better, you know? It’s neat how Joker in this universe is actually a positive influence on Harley and gives her some useful bits of advice that are applicable to situations like this lol.

Got scared and thought Waller actually killed off Clayface for a minute there. Anyone who’s been reading the latest DC event Absolute Power knows how ruthless Waller can be, so I was kinda scared. Luckily this ain’t that type of show. But 24 hours to save Nanaue and finish the mission before the bombs in their heads go off is a tall task.. gonna be a wild last two eps

And finally the princess sees what’s going on with the queen. But who’s behind it.. that mirror scene was so quick I couldn’t get a good look but looks like it could be some spirit possessing her?🤔

Lot of good Harley faces in this ep too. She went from lifeless/done with everything , to happy to cooking tf out of Waller lmao

I like how Flag lost point, and Harley is the one who talks.

Really thought that minstrel was some plan to eliminate the Squad.

When drinking the pants go off. -Peacemaker, for some reason.

I really like all the Peacemaker's reaction over the episode.

The Suicide Squad being invited back to the Kingdom after the destruction of Thinker's fortress, though the mood is a lot depressing than before. And other than the Princess not being allowed to speak, Theodore's words only confirm that the squad are of no use, and even having the gall to slap Harley Quinn, which Nanaue just eats him off the bat without a second thought. At this point, the Suicide Squad is without Nanaue, and staying in the fantasy world only brings more trouble for them if they're not being utilized for the better.

And what else can they do but go to a bar and fight amongst themselves, because they've gone fully drunk and have nowhere to go. But they still have to rescue King Shark, and with Rick's report to Amanda and the warning from her to blast Clayface's head apart, with the Kingdom in flames, they only have 24 hours to complete the mission. Sure, Clayface is easy to handle, but either world isn't great for Rick and the Suicide Squad, so they have to make it and not break it.

Enough with the antics, it's time to get the action on.

It's kind of hard to defend the Squad. Even though they fought on the queen's side all they were doing was basically cleaning up their own people's mess. Granted, they weren't the ones who actually caused this mess but still.

The Squad has a minstrel writing a song about them. Too bad it left out Clayface.

Can't have a bar episode without a bar fight. Why tf was Peacemaker ass naked tho?

Damn. I really thought Clayface was a goner there for a second. I was thinking that they should've killed off a squad member or two but it's too late by now. Would've sucked if Clayface really died. He's the most entertaining character out of all the cast.

As the last episode implied, the queen is up to no good. Seems like the "real" queen was replaced by an impostor. Probably a monster working for the other side. Or the main boss herself. Most likely the latter since that's gonna speed up things just enough to wrap up the whole thing in 2 episodes. Honestly, I would've preferred if the queen was just a human scumbag who was continuing the war for personal gain. Would've been more interesting but can't really go that route for an isekai anime with just 10 episodes.

2 more episodes left. Hopefully, they'll wrap it up by then. It'd be a drag if this gets renewed for another season. Even tho I wanted to see Joker being isekai'd it seems unlikely to happen.

This episode felt more like 'Suicide Squad' to me. And if there's a bar involved, you know it's going to end in a fight, followed by a reconciliation, and then they plan to save the day.

Finally, my question was answered, as I always wondered why Clayface had a bomb when he's made of clay. It seems the queen is being controlled by a demon, as I couldn't find any resemblance to a DC villain.

How nice of Waller to blow up someone who can easily regenerate lmao

But hey, I am glad he's alive, my favorite character in the entire team. Plus I always thought he's not going to be affected by some bomb. Weird Waller haven't thought it through, she has basically nothing on Clayface.

Poor Nanaue, if the squad does not come up with a good plan, he will be executed by the Kingdom’s people.

It seems Amanda Waller doesn’t know Clayface very well. Thanks to his ability of transforming himself into mug, he can put any part of his body wherever he wants and of course he was able to regenerate his head.

Such a shameful Kingdom! Suicide Squad carried a hard battle with the mad scientist Thinker, they defeated him and what do they get in exchange? Nothing, only critics. It’s not fair though.

That experience from the bar was too funny. I liked how they got themselves into a conflict and the entire squad fought drunk😂

@olokinprime Added bonus for him: No more bomb. Though he should realise ther re-enacting Terminator 2 and expecting people to get the reference in this world is a pointless exercise.

Such a suspense episode, I thought Clayface is really dead... It's so sad to know the best character in this anime got killed first... Then he just talk like nothing serious happening. Lol.
Doesn't really know if Flag boss actually didn't know that bomb doesn't work on clayface or she did that on purpose since she knew....
The Queen is not the real queen after all... The way the real queen talk on Fionne past is actually different... She seems wanted to save her people, but the new Queen always making an angry face after the Empire Army defeated...
Don't tell me the real Queen is already dead.... So Fionne is going the become the new Queen soon.... 2 more episode left..

Better episode. Finally I feel Harley isn't "the only female member" but "a memeber who happend to be female" again. The way she talked to princess, how she was pissed and drunk.

Clayface and Deadshot are just vibe I love them.

Yeah, the Queen clearly suspicious and turns out to be the imposter all along. Actually, what kind of creature is that?

Yeah, I knew they weren't going to be accepted at the kingdom even after defeating Brain. What I didn't expect was for them to sit idle while Nanaue was being taken away nor for the queen to be actually possessed by someone other than Amanda who finally showed up after the first episode. Also, it seems funny to me that none of them realized that the bomb was never a threat to Clayfact considering his power, that he was just pretending because of his character.

Well, in any case, it's time for the final battle.

Deadshot, Clayface and Peacemaker's faces when that guy slapped Harley; They wanted to kill him... But Nanaue beat them to it. 💀

But well, two things are certain, now we know that the queen is either possessed or even if she wants she is the queen, she is an imposter; and two, our villains have 24 hours so that Amanda is not breaking balls.

I don't know why some nobles want to question whether or not their ace in the hole deserves getting killed when they are the ones doing the brunt of your dirty work, but I guess they like to waste their time on that subject. Not just the little meeting on the side, but top that off with setting them up just so you can have an excuse to not work with them is... I don't know how to put it. Clearly Queen has a hate thing for them, but at what point does that hate get recognized as tyrannical? Not like they were the ones fighting with the Empire against her Kingdom.

Slapping Harley deserved a good hit back. Screw them trying to execute Sharkman, Queen wanted to fight. And you could tell Queen was smug about it.

Let Harley preach to that princess, who wants to apologize while not helping.

The whole drunk situation is also pretty Squady. Rest in peace barkeep when you have a gaggle of super villains / vigilantes and one of em runs around half naked. Flag's face in the middle of it all is peak, like he's the parent dealing with rowdy kids.

The plot thickens in the end. Do have to admit, getting my weekly dose of Squad is a nice thing even if it isn't a perfect product.

I thought this episode was ok with the team being exiled after returning to the castle although I didn't care much for the bar scene as I felt it dragged on a bit too long.

Regarding King Shark, I thought that the squad would've rescued him earlier on instead of just walking away but I guess they weren't in the mood to fight off guards after being disappointed with not getting the feast they were expected but at least they're going now, better late than never.

Hmm... Looks like the Queen isn't even human. Is she someone from DC universe too? I dunno.

Bar fight was hilarious. That supervisor guy was rethinking his life's choices lol. And why was peacemaker naked again?

-_- So convenient only Clayface had his head blown off. Not familiar with the lore of this DC villain but like Sandman it was pretty clear he wouldn't die so easily.
