I love this series and the robot series. For some reason I feel a love connection to robots since I was little, I don't know exactly why. I love this series!!! |

| @kitoha I am also a massive fan of robot stories, I see we love some of the same like Vivy and Plastic Memories. I would also recommend you Planetarian: The Reverie of a Little Planet if you have not seen it, another very touching robot story. |

| I would live past 240 if I had a nice loving affection every morning too Im surprised Takuma didnt notice Mina said her eyelids have sensors and think about kissing her closed eyes. Okay finding someone's house that way does actually seem kinda fun. Lol FutoiOtaku said: Japanese society works like that. Even if you give your seat up for an older person on public transport, they will refuse several times until you repeatedly insist they take it. So imagine how much effort goes into giving an expensive gift… It is a Japanese thing to gently refuse gifts a few times before accepting as someone said but in Takuma's case he didnt want Mina to think she could be replaced or has to change for him and felt guilty imagining Mina as different than she is. Kai200X said: So the MC is a pervert who love actual robot instead of more human one? and what's the big deal accepting a catalogue? just because he has no money to pay for any parts? Does it hurt just to look through it? But later on, Mina go ahead and order something anyway? I don't quite understand it. | Since no one has mentioned this thoroughly, I might as well do it to play devil's advocate... It seems Takuma wants to keep mina the way she is because it's much easier for him to control her. If mina becomes more advanced and up to date, then she might eventually come to realize that she's working for an inferior master and start questioning his decisions or even articulate her disagreements with him. In other words, she'll be less submissive and more assertive. |

| Another great episode, it was cool to see Super Mina again, I didn't expect that. She and Mina have been continuing to communicate behind Takuma's back, I love how he's annoyed Super Mina has had more conversations with Mina than himself! 😂 Also, it was hilarious when Takuma kissed Mina's hand and she basically spazzed out and then denied anything had happened. 🤣 I'm conflicted about whether I want Mina to upgrade herself. There's definitely an argument to be made that she's only doing it to please him rather than for her own benefit (like a wife being pressured into getting breast "enhancements"), but equally if it improves her quality of life, like getting cataracts removed, I think it is something worth doing. Who'd think a fun show about a guy and his robot wife would be asking such deep questions? That said, I doubt Mina will get the squishy upgrade, it seems too soon in the series for her nature and appearance to change so drastically. So I think it will be some sort of fake out and she'll just come back looking the same but being able to clean or maybe a longer life battery. Maybe that bird robot we keep seeing in the OP and ED will be part of the upgrade? |
| Upgrades as long as it doesn't mess with their defaults should be a issue like adding better fans on a PC. |

When Mina keeled over after setting off the popper, that could have been like some unsolvable thing where she's off and they can't figure out why... but it keeps the positive. But every episode I keep expecting something terrible to happen lol.... |
