Of course I've watched police in a pod.. I will tell you that the live-action is way better than the anime. It has my one of my favorite actresses Erika toda as seiko.. There are lot more adventures and mysteries characters in the live-action... Hope you watch it..

I’ve never actually seen those parts but I have seen clips and it does seem to capture the spirit of the original.
