I never really like the way my profile comes out, but i figure it’s time to try rewriting it again. I’m a big fan of speculative fiction – mostly fantasy, but a little scifi and horror too. I’m a history nerd, and i love it when stories incorporate a historical or political aspect. I'm a big fan of stories that rip you apart to see what's inside. I like seeing prominent LGBTQIA+ and/or disabled characters, as well. I’m hardcore CLAMPtrash.

I think of this primarily as a site for keeping track of anime, manga, and light novels, so i’m not particularly sociable here. I’m also on Fanfiction.net and tumblr with the same username.

For various reasons, i'm currently on a Quest for a Great Ninja Manga, but i haven't had the best luck in that area. Any recommendations would be more than welcome. (My only request is that they be better than Naruto, not that that's setting the bar particularly high.)
