Camelot is still incredible after all these years, I always loved Bedivere character and Nadu really made the Hassans engaging,in some sort of redemption way.

I still think that the ygo manga is where the story really founded it's footing,the anime stretched it too much imo.

Mmmm this is a tough question. The catalogue has been really stacked since the early 80s.
But I would still say first Dragon Ball,then Hokuto No Ken, Stardust Crusaders,City Hunter and Yu gi oh.

Me too mann I also did not watch many anime becoz I became lazy I guess now I am in my top from again 😂... As a LN reader myself I would highly recommend you to watch the second season then read the LN I am 1000% sure you won't be disappointed what you have seen and what you will see in season 2 it's just 1/10 of jobless reincarnation, it's story is goddamn good watch it👍🏼

Btw did you watch Jobless reincarnation?? If you didn't then I will recommend you watching it ... It's far more better than JJK honestly though it's isekai story and at the first season I thought the mc is trash but I was wrong mann yeah I was not totally wrong that he is flawed but that's more make him likeble I guess cuz he is not some unrealistic protagonist opp bla bla I thought it was a great series after watching season 1 and 2 but it really blew my expectations and became my one of the favourite the light novel is goddamn good....

If you don't believe me just check JJK manga rating and Jobless reincarnation LN rating as much as I remember JJK's rating was 8.4 something I really don't understand how it got so much rating 😂 and JR's rating was somewhere near 8.8...

I can relate, people have their own preferences and biases even among their favourite franchises. I personally find Nasuverse's cosmology intriguing with unique concepts based on the juxtaposition of sci-fi elements and religious stuff.

I'm kinda into Sci-fi, Mystery, Psychological so most of the VNs I've played are involved with them.

• Currently, my tops are Zero Escape 999, Ever17, Remember11 (both written by the same person). Since you like Alice in Borderland, there's a high chance you will also like 999. And if you like 999, you probably will also like these other two.
  
• Other ones from my favourite list: Totono, Subahibi, Silver Jiken, Gnosia, Chaos;Head Noah, Saya no Uta, Island.
  
• Other ones I enjoy: Kikokugai, Sayo Oshi, 2D Girl Overdose, Katawa Shoujo.
  
• Some works I'd like to try soon: Chaos;Child, Fata Morgana, YU-NO, Danganronpa, Muv-luv, Tokyo Necro.
  

Unlike Manga or Anime, VN is a high time-consuming medium so it requires a lot of patience and interest to fully enjoy them ngl. Like Remember11 is by far the most complicated story I've read, the flowchart is literally a labyrinth unlike the typical type of branching plotline.

Not a problem, I found the biggest issue with review isn't the length but the writing. A short one can be succinct and informative, while a long one can be absorbing to read.

It's a great idea to start with the VN first to fully understand the story and idea, especially when you've already watched KnK and got a good grasp of how Nasuverse functions. You're also correct about Deen's Stay Night being terrible, it missed a lot of details and interactions while incorporating arbitrarily content from other routes. Mahoutsukai and Tsukihime are on my wishlist too. And opposite to you, I haven't consumed any Fate-related Anime besides Carnival Phantasm and Emiya Gohan, reading the lore written on Wiki is quite sufficient to me lol.

Also, I hope you give Fate UBW a try, probably the closest thing to KnK5 and Fate Zero thematically.
