I always rate all anime I watched, and occasionally write anime reviews.

I score every show based/compared to others in the same genre/type/style, NOT on the overall scale of animes. I rate anime subtractively. That means I give an anime 10/10 at first, then deduct score as flaws and bad things come to light. So a 10/10 show from me means it's perfect with nothing bad (from its genre), and achieve the goal it aim to do.

Special rule: if the anime made me do one of these things, it's an automatic 10:
- So touching it make me Cry like a baby that it hurts my eyes.
- Laugh so hard I can't stop and grasp for breath
- Make my jaw drop down to the floor for so long
[Anime that reached this tier will be mark in the list at the tag starting with *10+ ] [With tagged *10 being nearly that level/not to that much degree]

Lastly, I only rate from 6-10, because imo any anime that got green lit to be one is probably at least a 6 (though I do rarely rate show <6 sometimes). So you could view the 6-10 rating from me as just a 1-5 scale too if you're more comfortable that way!
