They both gave off similar feel - like they are written and drawn by the same person or team. The way the characters are drawn are very similar, the style is very cute with big eyes and a lot of blushing. Although Katayoku no Labyrith is a little unique with its supernatural touch, both series are romance stories at the core and both share similar type of angsty love polygon drama that involves more than one couple.

GOGOGOGO-GO-GHOST! is more for an older audience, while Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun falls more into the shounen category. Both stories follow a girl/woman who is haunted by a playful, somewhat petty ghost. Personally, it seems like GOGOGOGO-GO-GHOST! is more supernatural revenge in an adult slice-of-life setting, while Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun is more supernatural experiences/adventures with a school setting. Both are dark comedy with elements of drama and suspense.

Right off the bat, these 2 manga gave a similar look with their clean and cute shoujo manga art style - which makes one recommendable if artstyle is what attract you to one. Both shared the typical MC that doesn't really stand out, starting a relationship with a handsome guy early on - making them a couple most of the story. Similarly, they shared a very feminine theme revolving around the story - one about perfume and another about fashion.

Manga: Yamikin Ushijima-kun

Yamikin Ushijima-kun
Manga: Minami no Teiou
...then you might like
Minami no Teiou
Both series follow loan sharks who each charge an exorbitant interest rate for loans, toichi (10% for 10 days) for Ginijiro's case (Minami no Teiou's protagonist) and togo (50% for 10 days) for Ushijima. However, from the chapters I've read, both differ heavily in presentation, Minami is more tongue-in-cheek when it comes to the underworld the characters operate in and doesn't go into exhaustive detail on how the victims of Ginjiro suffer plentifully as it makes you have reason to hate them, whereas in Yamikin Ushijima-kun we sometimes follow the point of view of said victims, and how they end up in their dire state of affairs which more often than not end up in a grisly condition after crossing parts with Ushijima. I'd say if you'd like to see separate approaches to a loan sharks story both are excellent choices since nothing is beyond our protagonists to get what they want and serve as cautionary tales in their own way. But be aware that Ushijima-kun is far more ruthless and bleak in its portrayal in comparison to the other.

Reader
Do you like promising and initially enjoyable stories that are later bogged down with repetitiveness and a drawn out plotline that feels pointless? Then you would like both of these virtual reality series that focuses on a protagonist with an interesting quirk or mental disorder that benefits them heavily in the game that they are playing. Virtual reality manhwas are not exactly gold, but they can provide some braindead entertainment. The protagonist that either can't stop reading or can't stop eating allows said protagonist the ability of whatever the developers thought was a good idea, and later causing a power imbalance that leaves me surprised on how the games that they are developing aren't losing players. Like, most virtual reality manhwas that don't have any crazy supernatural aspects baffle me in how the developers thought it was a good idea for special classes that allow for broken exploits or a player advantage so high that it must not be fun to be at the receiving end of said advantage. "Reader" and "Gourmet Gaming" are very similar in their mediocrity.

Manga: The Legendary Return

The Legendary Return
Both are similar in the regression in modern times trope, where the main characters are striving for success in a modern setting. Whereas regression in fantasy involves saving the world or getting revenge on the ones that wronged you, "A Man's Man" and "The Legendary Return" focuses on accomplishing a dream of wealth. Of course, there are chapters that do focus on retribution in both series, the whole setting is based mostly on reality. Although "A Man's Man" is more convoluted than that and "The Legendary Return" is admittedly worse in some aspects, like art and motivations; both can achieve satisfaction if anyone is interested in this trope. Also, the main characters are similar in how they deal with their obstacles, as they are ruthless and use modern and realistic means to deal with their problems. I will clarify that the main character in "The Legendary Return" cannot even compare to the main character of "A Man's Man". The plot is kind of similar, but don't bring the expectation of reading similar protagonists.

They remind me of each other in the sense that the there's a mystery connected to what happened in the past, which is told in bits and pieces throughout until you get the full picture. Same for characters' inner motivations, which look different at the surface until the story digs deeper into their past and current desires. There's also an emphasis on found family, and both manga have very well defined and important supporting characters. They also start slowly, but when the story starts to unravel everything makes sense and you can't put it down. If you loved one of these, chances are you'll love the other.

The Extra's Academy Survival Guide
Both series involve an academy or institution that the main character has to endure. Tribulations and story events always prevent a peaceful school experience, and both have main characters thrust into a fictional world that they have extensive knowledge of. I am not sure if "Demon King of the Royal Class" is actually a harem, but I do think they both fit in a harem category. A lot of girls interact with both main characters. Both series are extremely good, and I don't know which is better, but I do like how "Demon King of the Royal Class" builds up its important events and the ability that the main character has is such an unique and cool ability.

The Extra's Academy Survival Guide
Both series have the main character know the events of the future, which is common in most series that have regression or an isekai that involve a game that the main character knows. Both main characters have knowledge of the game that they are playing, and they both want the best outcome of their stories. Both have harems, where the characters that they save feel affection for the main character. The main characters grow and develop, and they have enjoyable and entertaining personalities. The side characters have their own growth and notable moments, where the main character sometimes rely on the side characters to progress further. Both have interesting plots and can provide a great deal of fun while reading. I will say that The Extra's Academy Survival Guide is better in my opinion, but both series are a good baseline 7 or above.

Minami no Teiou
Both manga deal with the various bureaucratic processes/loopholes each respective series' protagonists take on to achieve their goals. Two sides of the same coin, a loan shark and a black swindler (Kurosagi), in a way both series complement each other since Kurosagi sees Kurosaki take on different roles to avenge people who've been swindled, and so does Minami no Teiou with Ginjiro Manda's schemes involving acting on behalf of the people he lent money to, though the former usually dresses the part. From what I've read both characters deal with unscrupulous/immoral foes but differ in how they operate since Kurosaki prefers to work as a figure shrouded in mystery while Ginjiro is a well-known personality in the underworld of delinquents and yakuza. One buys information about other swindlers and carries out punishment while the other relies heavily on intimidation and underhanded tactics to get back his money + interest even going as far as taking the funeral kouden (condolence money) from one of his victims. If you like one and wish for a different take on con artists you may want to check out the other. Please note Minami no Teiou's translation has eight chapters translated so far as of writing this recommendation.
