Similar comedy that plays off the strange personalities of the main characters. This makes both mangas read in almost the same way although they share some differences.
Yugami has a lot of comedy elements, but it's a bit more character-driven and there's more development throughout the story. Nozaki is mostly comedy-focused, but the characters still have very defined personalities.
I personally enjoyed Yugami more for the story and main character, but Nozaki made me laugh in basically every chapter, and the characters are still great.

I don't think that anyone who has read both series will argue that 'Douka Ore wo Houtteoite Kure: Nazeka Bocchi no Owatta Koukou Seikatsu wo Kanojo ga Kaeyou to Shitekuru' isn't 'heavily inspired' by oregairu. It doesn't only wear its influence on its sleeve, it is fully coated in it. This 'influence' is so blatantly obvious that the other aspects of the series kinda fall to the wayside. Some of the character interactions are passable and even fun in Douka, but nothing really comes close to Oregairu. If you somehow haven't read Oregairu yet you are in a for a treat. If it is the other way around you will have a decently fun time for what it is worth..

The manga have a similar vibe, and I don't know if it's only me. Both of them have a similar beginning: a high school boy who learns martial arts and continues to learn throughout the manga to fight increasingly stronger opponents.
In Ranma 1/2, the protagonist, Ranma Saotome, is cursed to transform into a girl when splashed with cold water and returns to being a boy with hot water. This adds a unique twist to his martial arts training and daily life. On the other hand, in Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple, the protagonist, Kenichi Shirahama, starts as a weak and timid high school student who gains confidence and strength through rigorous martial arts training at the Ryozanpaku dojo.
Both stories emphasize personal growth, perseverance, and the importance of never giving up despite challenges. The main characters face various adversaries, each more powerful than the last, which drives them to continuously improve their skills.
Both of them have the same love pattern, a slow romance where there is love but it does not result in something official. In Ranma 1/2, Ranma's relationship with Akane Tendo is filled with comedic misunderstandings and romantic tension, culminating in chapter 407 with an event that can be interpreted as a wedding. In Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple, Kenichi's relationship with Miu Furinji develops gradually, with subtle hints of affection and mutual support. By the final chapters, there is a strong indication that they have become a couple.
Additionally, both manga feature a diverse cast of characters who contribute to the protagonists' development and add depth to the story. The mix of humor, action, and romance in both series creates a captivating narrative that resonates with readers.

If you like Spy x Family you will love Yozakura family.
The story has more depth and better written, each character is unique and has better world building in my opinion. Although it might seem like a kids manga, it does have a serious tone when it needs, the action scenes are top tier, the comedy is gold, the relationship between Taiyo & Mutsumi is so adorabel and sweet.
I can see why Spy x family is more popular, mostly due to the fact the main 3 characters appeal to a wider audience such as Yor appealing to both boys and adult men, Loid to teenage girls and woman and Anya to children or parents.
Compared to Yozakura family is mostly teenagers it might not appeal to a wider audience but that´s where you are wrong the character development in some of characters far exceeds Spy x family and unlike Spy x family (for the moment) we can see an age progression of the characters.
I like Spy x family, but when a friend recommended me "Yozakura Family" it completely changed my view of thinking Spy x family was the best spy animanga.
It is trully worth a read. It´s become one of my favourite mangas!!! Plus the anime has just come out which is a plus!

Spy x Family and Sakamoto Days are two popular manga that share several intriguing similarities, making both of them highly engaging reads.
First, both manga excel in their unique genre combinations. Spy x Family masterfully blends action, comedy, and slice-of-life elements within the family sphere, while Sakamoto Days focused on action and comedy. Both manga deliver thrilling yet entertaining stories with a brilliant touch of humor.
Second, the protagonists in both manga have fascinating and unusual backgrounds. Loid Forger from Spy x Family is a spy who must disguise himself as the father of a fake family, whereas Sakamoto Taro from Sakamoto Days is a former hitman now living as a peaceful convenience store owner. Both characters strive to hide their violent pasts while leading more normal and peaceful lives.
Furthermore, the character relationships in both manga add to the story's appeal. In Spy x Family, the dynamic between Loid, Yor (his wife who is actually an assassin), and Anya (their adopted daughter with mind-reading ability) provides constant emotional depth and humor. In Sakamoto Days, the interactions between Sakamoto, his co-worker Shin (a telepath), and other characters around them create delightful and entertaining interactions.

Gokurakugai

If you liked Jujutsu Kaisen, this is an unpopular manga that's very similar to jujustu Kaisen. (+ The author doesn't do us dirty like Gege lmao) The story is about an organisation that hunts beasts called Maga. In this world, peope who die can come back as evil spirits called Maga with powers that are tied to the persons cause of death. Since these beasts eat humans they need to be terminated.
Gokurakugai tells the story of Alma and Tao-san daily life. This adorable duo is simply to die for and the humor and vibe this manga conveys is very similar to pre-Shibuya Arc Jujutsu Kaisen. There are a lot of lovable characters with great potential and so far I love where the story is going.
The story starts of relatively light within the first feew chapters which introduces and makes you wanna squeeze all the characters. However, it gets really deep into semi-disturbing/dark back stories of some of the characters so far. So if laughing about everything is your coping mechanism and you like dark stories with a lighthearted touch this is THE manga for you.

The two stories are similar because they are connected. Both series are produced by the same author, Kim Carnby, whose content often features dark themes like horror, tragedy, and psychological drama. Both series involve characters facing crises where they must survive against monstrous creatures. Additionally, both highlight the psychological struggles of their characters, emphasizing mental and emotional battles alongside physical survival.
If you haven't started reading either, I recommend beginning with "Shotgun Boy," as it serves as a prequel to "Sweet Home," providing backstory and additional context to the events and world of "Sweet Home."
