Naze Boku no Sekai wo Daremo Oboeteinai no ka?

Good animation, interesting story, a cool and (mostly) a level headed Main Character.

This show has what it takes to be the new anime of the year for sure!

From the first episode we get thrown into a world of literal chaos, multiple races and much more.
While being somewhat confusing at the start, we quickly get the information and explanation we need in order to keep up with the show.

The only negative aspect this far is the girl mc picked up, being real boring.

This show is definitely worth watching and i believe most people will enjoy it regardless of what they usually enjoy.

Since I did not enjoy my time, like @XG_OG promised, in his bold prediction about 9 upcoming episodes... I wanna warn you all! xD

Given the authors other works from which I only watched part of one before getting bored, I expected pretty much what I got so far...an interesting mysterious story, thats mainly focused on the MMC+FMC relationship with some action.
I just dont like the exeution:
Char design/animation is pretty good, there is plenty of action and over all the show will probably not offend less critical or experienced consumer.
Issue for me ... is that the MC is kinda passive...not useless, just not very smart or pro active. And I dont think its fault of the character, but the pacing of the story. It seems like the actions or the lack of them is caused by the need for the story to stretch longer.
You all know those stories where it would be done in 2 episodes if MC was competent, but cause he isnt, it takes 12 to fix his mistake.
Thats how it feels to watch the scenes in this anime, it might be me, but I swear I can see the plot armor getting cooked while characters stand around doing nothing and it feels artificial and bad.

I will give you some examples, so spoiler allert I guess:


1)
MC finds beautiful girl, saves her after she asks for help like any other good boy would. She then attacks him immediately, which he just takes passively, no anger, confusion, he just takes it and eventually defends himself by pulling plot armor he didnt know he had.

2)
MC now knows he has plot weapon, but decides to not use it till very end of exchange with baddie (pun intended), then after pulling out his plot weapon after almost getting killed, he then stands and watches 3rd party (that is also his enemy btw) attack his target and instead of striking them both at same time and saving us like 6 episodes, he watches them scramble...resulting in 3rd party escaping and baddie being back to ready to fck him up.
You might take it as bad writing, but for me this is making excuses to stretch story, and in my experience good stories dont this this, so I'm out dropping this, as there are plenty of good stories I havent watch yet

Worst of the worst.
The manga, did pretty well tho, but anime just disapointment. If you guys dont have any budget at all then just dont do it. The character movement just crazy bad, specially battle scene are horrible. Beside animation, people in this anime just feel like they never getting to know emotion before. The more athor try to push its suspense, the more this anime apadtion failing us. Main character dont even know how to comunicate normally, basically just scream, swing the sword and hope things got it right. Also there are alot of scene that didnt fit well with what is actual happening ... right there.

"Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World?" is a textbook example of how to take a genre filled with potential and deliver something utterly uninspired. The anime is disappointingly bland, riddled with clichés, and suffers from a poorly constructed story.

Let me break it down:

1. Bland:
If you've seen one "reincarnation" or "isekai" anime, you've seen them all—at least, that's how this series feels. It tries to disguise itself as something slightly different by opting for an alternate universe setting, but it’s the same old formula underneath. Every familiar trope you can think of is here: an overpowered (OP) main character? Check. A childhood friend? Check. ... A random 10/10 hottie the MC meets almost immediately? Check. The MC wields a special power or weapon that makes him unbeatable? Check. MC has to kill demons to save the world? Check.
If you're hoping for a fresh take on the genre, this anime will disappoint you. It’s a rehash of what we’ve seen before, lacking the creativity or depth found in better series like "Maoyu," "Chilling in My 30s after Getting Fired from the Demon King's Army," or even "Overlord."

2. Clichés:
As mentioned, this anime is a cliché fest. From the demon lord battles to the plot armor that protects the MC from any real harm, the story hits every predictable note. The MC barely gets scratched in battles, and any tension is quickly deflated because you know he'll come out unscathed.

3. Poor story:
The story's biggest flaw is how forced and contrived everything feels. Character interactions, especially those involving the MC and his "prior universe friends," are awkward and inorganic. These characters have known each other for only a few days, yet they trust each other as if they’ve been lifelong comrades. The story is also frustratingly predictable—guess what happens when the OP MC faces the demon king? If you've seen any similar anime, you already know.
And then there are the plot holes. For instance, why does Anise, the Rebel commander and childhood friend of Kai, have to disguise herself as a male commander in a world where women can be high-ranking officers? The show never offers a convincing reason for this bizarre choice. Add to that the random betrayals and nonsensical political machinations that seem included purely for shock value, and you’ve got a story that feels both lazy and poorly thought out.

The only thing really holding this up, is it's really good animation, and good fight scenes. Everything else is kinda hit or miss.

5.5/10, Kinda bland and does nothing new or interesting.

Don't waste your time with this one and go watch something else.

Aside from cringy dialogue, holy shit the animation direction is so bad.
Maybe it has the lowest budget but if you can't animate it, don't just pan the camera to the sky and then cut back.. that is so immersion breaking. Also the amount of inconsistency, e.g. holding the sword blade down mid conversation, frame cut to zoom in and the sword is blade up, frame cut to zoom out is blade down.. WTF!? If the studio doesn't care, neither should we.

Story: meh/10 (go read the manga if you care I guess)
Writing: cringe/10
Animation: directionless
