Another cheater/returner/game story. Random event pops up and MC solves it instantly because he's a cheater... wow just amazing. Absolutely nothing about this story stands out from the hundreds of other similar stories. Every line of dialogue: "I recognize this event. I knew this event would happen. This is different from the novel. The event is happening too soon" repeat x1000. MC comes across as a jerk because he knows everything and yet has to act stupid in front of everyone. Everything that's interesting for the viewer is boring for the MC. The action scenes are boring and forgettable because <insert random super power here>.

This series has significant problems. The pacing is horrific, and the characters are completely unlikable. The beginning is a boring mix of trivial school drama and MMA wiki dumps. Nothing of significance happens until around volume 5 and by then the series is basically over with. What's fascinating about this series is that EVERY character is unlikable and the MC is essentially the villain. Typically with sports manga you have some underdog type character which the reader can relate to, but here we have nothing. I would actually describe this series as the opposite of Hajime no Ippo which has great pacing and great characters.

This might honestly be one of the worst sports anime I've ever seen. The characters are absolutely insufferable. Who are we supposed to be rooting for here when the MC is a shallow nasty person. She has golf super powers from the first episode so no buildup whatsoever. What is the even the plot? She wants to prove her golf swing is better than other random golfers? The whole thing is so ridiculous I don't know how anyone could take it seriously. If you want a really good golfing story then watch Rising Impact. If you want a good sports betting anime then watch One ... Outs.

Average action/scifi series but with terrible artwork. The artwork here is a huge let down. 90% of the panels are just talking heads. There's no color besides grey and brown. No expression to the characters at all. If you are expecting some epic hero shots then this definitely isn't for you. It's bizarre they went with this drama style artwork which clearly doesn't fit.

Story is typical scifi stuff. Not much in terms of suspense. Usually there is some mystery, but here they explain everything early on which kind of ruins it. The story feels small since it all takes place in one location with only ... a few characters. No worldbuilding here at all. The action is repetitive without much weight behind it. It feels more like a zombie show in the way monsters just pop out of nowhere.

Below average leveling up series. It takes about 2 chapters for the "can't level up" MC to start leveling up. The writing is unbelievably lazy with practically no story. You simply follow the MC around as he punches monsters and collects artifacts. The series doesn't even have a proper villain, which makes it more workplace drama than anything else.

The worldbuilding is atrocious. There's no defined rules for anything. Powers are randomly generated. Artifacts are randomly generated. Monsters are randomly generated. MC is in and out of portals within minutes which makes them basically throwaway events. Even the violence is undercut by the fact anyone can ... be healed at anytime with random magic. It also doesn't help that 99% of the screen time is one single character which makes the world feel fake.

Overall it's just mindless action that you will forget about in seconds.

Unless I'm missing something here, this appears to be a very serious gay romance story, and definitely not a comedy. I think MAL needs to update their description. But even as a romance story It's still mind numbingly boring. You follow around these people at their very serious office jobs and watch as they get yelled at and stressed out. If this is legitimately supposed to be a comedy then I'm speechless. The characters are completely unlikable and angry all the time. They could have done some fun stuff mixing fantasy and office romance but apparently that wasn't in the plan.

Has more crossdressing romance than action. I think the genre might be incorrectly listed because as far as I can tell this is shoujo crossdressing romance. If you are interested in this series because you're a fan of martial arts and action then stay the hell away from this one. The story itself is basically nonexistent. You follow around a young kid in his daily life and that's it. If the author can't be bothered to give us a decent plot in 50 chapters then I'm sorry but there is a problem here. Where are the rival schools? Where is the beating up bullies? Where's ... is the anything? This is just so lazy.

Be warned, this series has the most pathetic and lazy ending I've ever read. There is ZERO payoff to anything happens within the story. So many characters are introduced and then forgotten about within minutes. So many different subplots are established with no conclusion whatsoever. They spend so much time on these elaborate character introductions and then...nothing, as if the author couldn't even be bothered. A hundred chapters and we still don't even know who the bad guys are, or even who the good guys are. It was such a bizarre ending I had to double check to make sure it really ended. This series ... is just a complete mess.

Obnoxious MC drags the story down. If you can accept the MC is an unlikable jerk then it's not a bad manhwa, but otherwise it's going to be absolutely painful to get through. I've read two complete seasons and the MC actually becomes more annoying as the story progresses. MC hates everyone, bullies everyone, overreacts to everything, cries about everything, only cares about money. It doesn't even make sense why he's acting like a bratty kid when he's actually really old. The "comedy" is disappointing and is just MC making funny faces. This could have been a good series but they dropped the ball.

Convoluted revenge plot + boring reincarnation story. I made it about 20 chapters before calling it quits. If there weren't a hundred of these released every day then I might be more forgiving, but this one just doesn't hold up. It starts out quite dark but then wacky characters show up and it gets too childish. The artwork doesn't help either since everyone is drawn with a baby face. The revenge plot is certainly disappointing since it's not even clear who he's fighting against. As a cultivation, leveling up type story, it's incredibly simplistic and adds nothing to the genre. Don't waste your time with ... this manhwa as there's hundreds of better ones out there.
