I recommend anything from AFK Arena, whether it's animation, song or comics. They are very well made. You can find them on the official pages. I'm waiting for the day when they will make an anime, but for it to be taken seriously... until then we have Just Esperia Things, which is very cool and funny. If you like the game AFK Arena and know the stories of certain characters or just want to learn about them and just want to see how the characters interact with each other, you have to see this. I have been a player since 2019 and the characters presented
...
here are the old ones, which I like the most, unfortunately unfortunately I wish others were integrated into the animation. Maybe someday there will be a second season and maybe we will see other sides of the characters, who knows?

True Beauty is a webtoon that received both an anime and a K-drama adaptation. I will go through all of them one by one.
If you read the webtoon, you know it was good at first, but it got worse over time. So much so because the main character, Jugyeong, is unbearable. Suho is okay, and the only one who is well-developed is Seojun.
If you haven't seen the K-drama, DO IT. Because it doesn’t delve into university life, and the actors were chosen so well. There's a reference to Extraordinary You, and besides all that, apart from the typical scenes where the protagonists “knew each other
...
since childhood” (I hate those moments) and the cringe scenes, almost everything present there is well done, developed, and shown.
Is that true? Yes, okey dokey yo.
The anime… So, I love the fact that there's a fictional (I think) metal band from which I can’t wait to listen to the full song. It’s amazing.
Otherwise, I recommend K-drama. I'm serious.
What should have been presented at the beginning is the backstory of Jugyeong, a girl who was labeled as “ugly” just because, well, she doesn’t have a perfect appearance and, because of this, was a victim of bullying to the point where she didn't want to exist anymore. It turned into “Don’t feel sorry for her or empathize with her, we don’t have time for long explanations. You’ll figure it out.” Then it shows how she starts life at a new high school, now being beautiful thanks to the makeup she learned to apply. How? Well, after receiving a response on a forum with a link to Selena’s channel, the makeup goddess, she started watching the videos and learned to create a perfect beautiful face mask. This reality is sad and true, considering we all hide behind masks or insecurities, but forget to accept ourselves first. Anyway… Unfortunately, nothing is conveyed properly because everything in the episode and all the details are too rushed. Or almost all the scenes—let’s be serious, when Suho or Seojun appear, the atmosphere somehow calms down a bit and they remain cool no matter where they are presented. I forgot to mention that Jugyeong loves metal music and horror comics, and that’s only because these things are labeled as ugly just like her. Oh, wait… you won’t realize why because no one will explain anything to you. Here, no one has development, let’s just move the story forward. Yay!
The rest of the things I understood as the idea went along, because otherwise, there’s nothing to feel from what you see, and I don’t accept the excuse that “They have limited time, they couldn’t do it.” Then just take it easy and don’t do anything or show me only the important parts in detail.
Seriously, this anime is filler and the animation is mediocre, but you can watch it to see how it is.
K-drama: 9/10
Webtoon: 7/10
Anime: 5/10
I will give it a mix in hopes that at least the boys' part is done well, but I think it’s going to be a joke. I will most likely change to not recommend. I’m going to rewatch the K-drama and erase from my memory what a trash character Lim Jugyeong is while hoping that Seojun gets the happiness he deserves.(I’m not considering the side stories.)

If you love Hip-Hop music, lyrics that are brilliantly heart-shaking, diverse characters with relatable traumas, then it's worth entering the world of Paradox Live.
"In the near future, amidst the Hip-Hop culture, a new movement called "Phantom Live" is emerging. The rappers create illusions linked to their emotions using chemically reactive accessories that contain a metal called "phantometal" with their own DNA to inspire young people on a brilliant stage. However, behind the scenes, they suffer from "traumatic illusions" as a side effect, also known as TRAP."
But...If you don't have traumas, you cannot use this Phantom Metal, so only people who have them can use it.That's
...
why those side effects triggered by The Trap are precisely the traumas that the characters have.
Phantom Metal is an accessory or tattoo that you must have with you every time you're on stage in order to create illusions on stage (according to your trauma and personality). However, using this metal can be like a kind of drug, because it charges you with enough energy on stage to put on a much better performance than usual.
"Additionally, if you use Phantom Metal too much, you risk experiencing a side effect called erosion. The overuse of phantometal can lead to a condition known as metal erosion. Some symptoms include weakness and discoloration of the skin. One should stop using the phantometal at the first sign of symptoms or else risk the progression of the condition into acute metal erosion, which puts the person at a higher risk of dying."
Do you want to know a large part that covers the entire first season of the anime and almost all of the second season, which is impossible not to happen? Listen to their official drama tracks and read the Hidden Track.
All I can say is that I cried when I listened to them.
The story seamlessly complements the characters. The backstories strengthen both the bonds between the members and the reasons they have to fight in this competition.
Hip-Hop is taken seriously, as are the reasons why the characters have chosen to perform in this music genre. Hip-Hop is a way of life, in addition to being music.
An important point to mention is that each group has its own Hip-Hop sound. One group might lay it all on the line with heart-wrenching lyrics about their past, while another will most likely infuse a beautiful jazz sound into the instrumental for exquisite verses. But what would you say if you were to listen to a track that resonates everywhere, announcing the resurgence of a group from the ashes? Musical evolution is indeed present among these groups.
The soundtracks are on par with the music, meaning they are perfect to be a part of every scene in the locations where everything takes place.Search for the bands songs in the full version and you will see how brilliant the lyrics are and how well they fit the themes of the rap battles.
The music created by the groups: Cozmez, TWC (formerly Quadra-X), Akyr, TWC, Buraikan, and in the future season, Goku Luck, 1NM8, Visty, and Amprule, along with the story, creates exactly the magic that the Phantom Metals perform on stage.
I cried for Cozmez's lyrics. I managed to be proud of myself and my thoughts with TWC & BAE. My confidence was ignited by AKYR & Goku Luck. Let's not forget the beauty of 1NM8 & Buraikan and the brilliance of those from Visty & Amprule.
A part of my soul was healed with their music.
I discovered this music project even before it had an anime...it only had character introduction videos, a trailer, and drama tracks that piqued my curiosity to continue exploring this project. I'm grateful it exists, and I could discover how brilliant the groups are and how amazing it is to listen to Japanese Hip-Hop.
