Synopsis

The rare and inexplicable Puberty Syndrome is thought of as a myth. It is a rare disease which only affects teenagers, and its symptoms are so supernatural that hardly anyone recognizes it as a legitimate occurrence. However, high school student Sakuta Azusagawa knows from personal experience that it is very much real, and happens to be quite prevalent in his school.

Mai Sakurajima is a third-year high school student who gained fame in her youth as a child actress, but recently halted her promising career for reasons unknown to the public. With an air of unapproachability, she is well known throughout the school, but none dare interact with her—that is until Sakuta sees her wandering the library in a bunny girl costume. Despite the getup, no one seems to notice her, and after confronting her, he realizes that she is another victim of Puberty Syndrome. As Sakuta tries to help Mai through her predicament, his actions bring him into contact with more girls afflicted with the elusive disease.

After few months ago I watched this anime and when I first watched it I gave it a 10 but while it is a really good anime it does have some flaws. Mai the main girl's puberty syndrome is really interesting and has some memorable moments. But my favourite character by far in the anime Rio Futaba, although the way they make her explain the puberty syndrome is weird I think they should have explained differently. Anyway, I won't say much but Futaba's story but it's the reason I love her as a character. To conclude, This is in my Top 5 romance animes I've watched ...

Mixed Feelings
Now that I've finished this anime, I'm wiping my old review (which turned out to be premature) and trying again.

Sakuta walks into a library and sees a girl in a bunny suit (a bunny suit which rarely seen again). It turns out no one can see her. So goes Sakuta's adventures in helping a few different girls out with their "puberty syndrome", a completely made up quasi-supernatural plot device where teenagers have weird supernatural things happen to them.

So, we'll start with the positives, of which there aren't all that many. First, the art and animation is pretty good. It's set in ...

Overall this anime mainly talks about teenage girls who are facing puberty and a lonely hinedere boy, almost disliked by everyone, who magically solves all their problems because they can't seem to fix them themselves. It all started when the main character encounters that schoolgirl actress disguised who tells him about her problem and since then, a romance story had just begun.

The story itself is pretty shaky, but that's not without adding other major issues found in many anime such as unnecessary sexualized scenes and jokes, annoying harem tropes, incest teasing, unmemorable characters and many others. It just felt like the author has never spoken ...
