Hmmm... that's a very hard question to answer hahaha
I would probably do a top 5 because I rarely watch seasonal anime:
1. Vinland Saga 2nd season
2. Jujutsu Kaisen 2nd season
3. Dr Stone New World
4. My Home Hero
5. Tokyo Revengers 2nd season
It's a pretty dead list lol I'm still waiting for more animes to air tho like Pluto and Uzumaki which should be coming out in 2023 as well. But how about you?
The Manga is also pretty good but the anime is far superior than it. Each has its ups and downs but what makes the anime better is the OSTs which you don't get with the Manga. The anime has a lot of fillers tho so I recommend you look up a guide which shows you all the fillers you can skip. I might do the same with Gintama lol hopefully once I finish up some of the shows I'll have a look at it

Honestly, it's hard to choose between Akai from Conan and Joe from AnJ. Both are equal favorites for me, as for male characters. As for female characters, I would have to go with Oscar de jarjeyes from Versailles no bara. I haven't seen that many shows with female leads, very few.
